General Principles

Our refund and return policy has been designed to ensure fair treatment for customers while safeguarding product quality. Returns are allowed only within specific windows and under strict conditions to avoid misuse.

Return Windows by Category

  • Apparel, footwear, and accessories: Eligible for refund, replacement, or size exchange within 10 days.
  • Home goods and soft furnishings: Eligible for refund or replacement within 7–10 days.
  • Non-returnable products: Personal/intimate wear, altered/customized items, final sale/clearance products, and consumables cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags, packaging, brand labels, user manuals, and free accessories must be intact.
  • For electronic items (if applicable), the device must be reset, with all locks (PIN, iCloud, etc.) disabled.
  • Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons. (If applicable)
  • Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment. (If applicable)

Initiating a Return

  • Email veriteximportsandexports111@gmail.com within the eligible window.
  • Provide your order ID, photos/videos if the product is defective or damaged, and the reason for return.
  • Pick-up may be arranged where available. Otherwise, self-shipping with courier receipt may be requested.

Refund & Resolution Process

  • Products are inspected upon return to verify compliance with conditions.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed within 2–4 working days after quality check. Refunds usually reflect in your account within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
  • If quality checks fail, the product may be returned back to you without refund.

Open-Box Deliveries

If you receive an open-box delivery, please check the product before signing. If found damaged, defective, or different, refuse delivery. Once accepted, only manufacturing defects will be considered.
